Rooftopทิพย์ที่ว่ามานี้อยู่ที่สามย่านมิตรทาวน์นี่เองโดยสามารถเดินทางด้วยMrtสามย่านแล้วเดินทะลุเข้าห้างได้เลยซึ่งมุมที่เราถ่ายนั้นอยู่ที่ชั้น5ของห้างเป็นโซนSkygardenซึ่งสามารถเข้าใช้ได้ฟรี‼️อีกทั้งยังมีพื้นที่เยอะมากๆไฮไลต์อยู่ตรงนี้บริเวณริมๆของสวนจะมีมุมกระจกซึ่งจะเห็นวิวกรุงเทพแบบ360องศา‼️‼️เว่อๆๆ5555555แต่ก็เห็นมุมมองกว้างแบบนั้นเลยค่ะเพื่อนๆก็สามารถเลือกมุมที่ตัวเองต้องการแล้วก็ถ่ายรัวๆไปโลดดดแนะนำให้เปิดแฟรชนะคะภาพจะปังไม่ไหวเลย✨✨✨

Afterchangingintoouroutfit,weboughtticketsfromtheferryterminalfor30baht(oneway)toWatArunthatwas5minsawaybyboat.Astheweatherisreallyhot,doprepareyourselffortheheatandremembertoapplysunscreen!Toenterthetemple,itwillincuryoua50bahtentrancefeethatcomeswithwatertoo.

Thelocationisextremelybeautifulandthearchitectureissomethingtomarvelat.TheimposingKhmer-styleprangortoweris104metrestallanddecoratedwithbitsofporcelainthatwasusedasballastbyboatscomingfromChinaandthefirstlightofthemorninghitsthetemplefirsttoreflectairidescentglow.Thetempleishugewithdifferentsectionstoexplore,wejoinedthelocalsbypracticingwhatisbelievedtobringgoodluckbycrawlingunderthebedsteadofKingTaksinwhooncelivedthere.

Afterweweredone,weheadedbacktotheferryterminaltopurchaseanotherticketbacktoThaMahajarandcalleditaday.OverallthisexperiencewasuniqueanddifferentfromwhatwewouldnormallyknowtodoinBangkok.IfyouarevisitingBangkok,takeahalfdayoffandvisitWatAruntempleintheoutfitandIguaranteeyouit’sworththesun!❤️🙏🏻

Wouldnothaveknownaboutthisplaceifnotformyarchibf—thisBKKtallestskyscraperisdesignedbyOleScheeren,hisfavarchitect.Thetowerfeaturesaroughspiralofcuboidalsurfacescuttingintothesideofthebuildinglikeapixelatedribbonthatswirlsaroundtheexterior(Wikipedia,2022).ANYWAYS,thisplacewasanewsideofBKKI’veneverexperiencesinceIusuallyonlypatronisethemallsforshopping.

For$19perpax,wepurchasedtheadmissionticketthroughKlookandarrivedbeforesunsetaround5.30pm(notethatlatestadmissionisat6.30pm!).Thiswassowecouldenjoyboththedayandnightsceneryfromabove.Afewnoteworthythingstodo:

🏙Glassfloor:TooksolongtogetashotwithoutanyoneintheframeasitwasPACKEDwithtourists.Butsincewewerethere,mightaswelltakepicturestoo.Likemostobservatorydecksaroundtheworld,nothingtoospecial.

Thiswouldn’tbeaplaceIwillvisitagainbutdefinitelyrecommendedifyouhaveneverbeenhereasyougetabirdseyeviewofthecity(plussomeigworthyshots).
